Our Services
Individual Play Therapy
Play therapy is a great way to support young children’s mental health. Our specialized techniques are designed for kids ages 3-11 and include the use of art, sand, and imaginative play. For older or younger children, we may be able to help! Please call to inquire.
Family Therapy
Children are part of a larger family system, therefore, parents and caregivers are an important element of their child’s social and emotional success. Family support and parent coaching can help families thrive.

Children’s EMDR Therapy
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy is a research-based treatment approach aimed at resolving emotional difficulties that result from distressing or frightening life experiences. Often times, negative memories are at the root of problems such as low self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression, and behavior issues. EMDR therapy helps children process troubling thoughts, feelings, or memories and as a result strengthens their confidence and calmness, allowing them to focus their energy back on the normal developmental tasks of childhood.
Conifer Play Therapy uses a playful approach to EMDR therapy with many of our child clients. Ask your child’s counselor for more details.
